In researching my next book, Scientologist! William S. Burroughs and the ‘Weird Cult’, I was given the opportunity to speak with one of Burroughs’ friends, Graham Masterton. Masterton was the man who drove Burroughs to Saint Hill, headquarters of the Church of Scientology, shortly before he enrolled in a series of courses there.
He was kind enough to share this photo with the readers of Beatdom:
The man on the left is Masterton and the woman is a Scientologist.
