Finally… It’s here!

Updated 18/08/11

Folks, we’re sorry it’s taken so long, but Beatdom #9 is finally on sale! This issue, as you will most likely know, is the DRUGS issue. It features essays about writing and drugs, as well as poetry and fiction inspired by drugs. We also have some fantastic photos and artwork.

This issue is also the CHEAPEST issue of Beatdom to date, and that’s why it took so long to get it ready for our discerning readership. In the past, Beatdom has unfortunately been a wallet-busting purchase, but this ninth issue is available for the coincidentally brilliant price of $9.99.

If you have PayPal, all you need to do to purchase your copy is VISIT THE BEATDOM STORE. If you don’t have Paypal, please e-mail us to work out another solution (we don’t trade wed for copies; only acid). For bulk discounts, please e-mail. As usual, all e-mails to editor [at] beatdom [dot] com.

  1. Can’t wait to see it. When does the PDF version become available? Do you sell it at first, or only put it up as a free download later on?

  4. you can wait for the digital but it is not anywhere as crisp and good looking as the copies that came off the press for us. the photos and artwork, especially…if you are really into it, you ought to try it…that is why we worked to make it cheaper for you…or if you want it to look at in a few years when it is no longer online…as a writer, i like a copy of what i appear in…

  5. Hey, my story “Saint Thomas Becket” is allegedly in this issue. Do I have to buy a copy along with all the other punters or do I get a “contributor’s copy”. Not that I’m cheap or anything, y’unnerstand…

  6. geetanjali, it is halfway through august. the international rate for shipping is $6. if you order now, you may not h=get it until you return from the states. if you wait until you are in the states, it will be $9.99 plus $2 for shipping…due to the date, i would wait. $4usd is not much extra these days but the main thing is that i would hate for you to have to wait. i have no idea how long it takes to arrive in each different country. i hope that helps. if you have any other questions, i am happy to help! michael
